"I am grateful to have a coach, Marvie, for her gentle approach and good listening skills in my coaching sessions. Our coaching helped me to clarify what truly matters to me, set realistic goals, and, most importantly, believe that I can reach them. I’ve developed routines that support my emotional well-being, and I’m making decisions more intentionally now, having my priorities in mind.
Our sessions have become a space where I reconnected with myself and realigned with my values. Working with Coach Marvie has been a truly transformative experience. She helped to gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward my goals. I’d highly recommend her coaching to anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to make changes in their life or career. If you’re looking for guidance, accountability, and a coach who genuinely cares, Coach Marvie is the one.”

"From the very beginning of our coaching sessions, Marvie created a safe and compassionate space where I could be fully myself. Her presence brought a deep sense of comfort, and our conversations became a grounding force in my life. She reminded me that I wasn’t alone, and that someone truly cared, not out of obligation, but from a place of genuine empathy and kindness.
Working with Marvie has been a healing and transformative experience. What stood out most is who she is at her core, caring, grounded, and deeply sincere. She listens without judgment and holds space with a calm, steady energy that makes it easy to open up. Even in the most stressful moments, she remains composed and thoughtful, offering guidance that’s not just helpful, but also heart-centered. I always felt seen, heard, and understood in a way that is rare and deeply meaningful.
One of the biggest shifts I’ve experienced is in my mindset and stress response. Through our work, I’ve learned to reframe negative thoughts, find clarity amidst chaos, and focus on solutions rather than just the problems. Marvie helped me shift from feeling stuck to feeling empowered. Her insights have not only helped me navigate emotional challenges but have also given me tools to manage stress in everyday life. I’ve grown in confidence and emotional resilience, and I now face challenges with more ease and clarity.
A powerful insight I gained was the importance of honoring my emotions rather than suppressing them. Marvie helped me understand that healing begins when we allow ourselves to feel, without shame or fear. During one of our most meaningful sessions, she gently guided me through my grief in a way that allowed both acceptance and release. That moment shifted something in me; it gave me strength and reminded me that healing is possible when we feel supported and safe.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Marvie’s coaching to anyone seeking real, compassionate, and transformative support, especially those who are overwhelmed, navigating stress, grief, or burnout. Her approach isn’t about surface-level advice; it’s about helping you reconnect with your own inner strength. She’s someone who walks beside you, not ahead of you, reminding you that you’re capable and worthy of healing and growth.
To anyone considering this journey: find a coach who makes you feel safe enough to be honest and vulnerable. If you’re looking for that kind of deep, authentic support, Marvie is exactly who you need. Thank you, Marvie, for making such a profound difference in my life."

"As my coach, Marvie assisted me in setting goals that were realistic and I achieved them all. She gave our sessions her undivided attention. She was thoughtful in sending meeting reminders and rescheduled in a professional time frame when needed.
Marvie sent me various resources that I have incorporated in my life and have shared with others. Marvie is definitely a coach. She is easy to talk to as she exudes a non-judgmental demeanor. She is quick to celebrate my accomplishments and wins. She reminded me to readjust my goals if needed and to focus on the progress I have made. Marvie is kind and her passion to help others I felt. Anyone who is fortunate to have Marvie as their coach will have success."

"Before I started working with Marvie, I was so focused on finishing my class work that I wasn’t taking care of my own basic needs for sleep and exercise. She gently guided me through a series of mindfulness exercises that were essential for me to understand my need to “turn off my anxiety” and focus on myself, my health appointments, and rest. Marvie is a very calming, focused, and dedicated person who will make a person feel comfortable and safe enough to divulge their fears and anxieties. Over the course of 5 hours of coaching, Marvie was able to help me calm my nervous system and continue with my busy life with gratitude. She is a very inspiring Coach. Thank You Marvie!”

"I started on a personal journey of self-discovery a few years earlier and was introduced at that time to the practice of mindfulness. However, I was very appreciative for the time I had with Marvie to learn how to utilize the skill in my nursing career and better in my personal life.
Marvie’s warm personality and kindness shined through the Voom. She has mastery over the skill of listening and with her perceptiveness nature was able to place me, at easy to be open, to practice the skill and feel we had created a safe learning environment. I felt we became friends, so it was easy to accept, and was very grateful for her constructive criticism. I believe we truly worked as a team, supporting each other and wanting each other to succeed.
The new insights and learning I discovered through the process is confidence. She helped build my self-confidence to incorporate mindfulness with my clients and my patients. She also helped build my personal confidence to trust. It was a pleasure and privilege to work with Marvie and recommend her to by your coach.”

“Marvie is a pleasure to work with. She is gentle and kind with contagious enthusiasm. She listens well and encourages her clients to think deeply. My time spent with her helped me discover solutions for improved sleep which was a serious need. She encouraged me to continue working on other areas of my life. She consistently sent me notes of affirmation and encouragement which touched my heart and helped me press on. She utilizes tenderness and wisdom through compassionate care. I highly recommend Marvie as a coach.”

"Before I started coaching with Marvie, I felt really stressed out. I was studying for the NCLEX exam, working a lot, and trying to manage everything at once. As someone who served in the Navy, I was used to staying strong, but deep down, I was feeling tired, anxious, and unsure of myself, especially about passing the test. Marvie helped me slow down and take better care of myself. She listened to me without judgment and showed me ways to feel more calm and focused. What I liked most about working with her is how safe and supported I felt. I didn’t have to pretend I was okay, she really understood what I was going through.
With her help, I learned how to deal with test anxiety, sleep better, and believe in myself more. I even started doing better with studying and felt more prepared for the NCLEX. I also learned that it’s okay to ask for help and take breaks when I need them.
I would tell other people, especially veterans, students, or anyone feeling overwhelmed, to work with Marvie. She’s kind, smart, and knows how to help people feel strong again.”

“Before I started working with you on mindfulness, my life often felt like a whirlwind. My mind was constantly racing, caught up in anxieties about the future or regrets about the past. I found it difficult to truly be present, even in enjoyable moments, and often felt overwhelmed by the sheer volume of thoughts and emotions. This chronic mental chatter was impacting my sleep, my ability to focus, and my general sense of inner peace. I felt disconnected from myself and the simple joys of everyday life.
Our mindfulness sessions have profoundly impacted my life and overall well-being in truly transformative ways. You've taught me practical techniques to anchor myself in the present moment, which has significantly reduced my stress and anxiety. I've gone from feeling constantly scattered to experiencing moments of profound calm and clarity. This newfound ability to observe my thoughts without getting swept away by them has brought an incredible sense of inner peace and emotional regulation. I now approach daily challenges with a greater sense of composure and awareness, which has improved my relationships, my focus at work, and my overall enjoyment of life.
My experience of working with you was incredibly enriching and deeply supportive. From our very first session, I felt a calm and welcoming presence that made it easy to open up. What I liked most about our mindfulness relationship was your gentle guidance and genuine understanding. You created a safe space where I could explore my inner landscape without judgment. I particularly appreciated your clear explanations of mindfulness concepts and your ability to tailor practices to my specific needs and challenges. Your patience and encouragement were invaluable as I navigated what was, at times, unfamiliar territory.
Through this process, I've discovered several powerful new insights. Perhaps the most significant is realizing that mindfulness isn't about emptying your mind, but about changing your relationship with your thoughts. I've learned that I have the power to choose where I place my attention and that even a few moments of mindful breathing can shift my entire state. I've also gained a deeper understanding of my own thought patterns and emotional triggers, which has given me greater agency over my reactions. The concept of "non-judgmental awareness" has been particularly transformative, allowing me to be kinder to myself. Thank you again!”

"Before I started working with Marvie, I felt really overwhelmed. I had just started a new job in nursing, and there were some hard things happening in my family. I also wanted to be a better mom and take better care of myself, but I didn’t know how.
Marvie made me feel safe and heard. She listened with kindness and helped me learn ways to calm down when I felt stressed or angry. I really liked doing the breathing exercises with her, they helped me feel more peaceful. She also gave me tips to sleep better and be on my phone less at night, which helped a lot.
What I liked most was that she never made me feel like I had to be perfect. She reminded me that just trying and showing up for myself is enough. That made me feel stronger and more hopeful.
Because of our sessions, I feel more calm and in control. I’ve learned how to pause and breathe before I react, especially with my kids. I would tell any mom or nurse who feels tired and stressed to work with Marvie. She truly cares and helps you believe in yourself."
